At Urban Wholesale, we strive to ensure your inventory needs are met with high-quality products, but we offer a 30-day window for returns on items in their original packaging. We are committed to a seamless claims process for our business partners to ensure your operations remain uninterrupted.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your wholesale portal and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the specific items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

• 2.
  Await Approval

  Our quality assurance team will review your request within 48 business hours to verify eligibility and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the authorized items in their original shipping containers with the RMA number clearly labeled on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the goods for resale condition, a credit or refund will be processed to your account within 5-7 business days.
